Toyin is a Principal Consultant overseeing the Business Analysis and Design functions at Hamilton Berkeley Consulting. He has led and managed many change management and business transformation projects for companies like Vodafone Group Plc, TalkTalk Group Plc, Direct Line Group Plc, and many more. While at these companies, he worked on global transformation projects ranging from Machine to Machine to Robotics Process Automation, Global Transformation, and all other projects in between. With his years of experience leading transformation projects across many organisations, Toyin has decided to consolidate and distil his learning and experiences into The Business Analyst's Playbook to help new and inexperienced Business Analysts become more confident, proficient and short cut the learning and experience cycle.
